What You Will Learn:
- Our Camp will focus on Skating with Speed both with and without the puck.
- Transitional Skating, to include separation
- Techniques taught only at NHL Camps.
- Puck Possession / Puck Control Skills.
- Body Position and Situational Awareness.
- Tight Turns / Proper acceleration deceleration
- Stops and Starts / Focusing on Footwork
- Passing and Shooting / Body Weight Transfer
- 4 Hours On-Ice Intense Power Skating
- 1 hour of Off-Ice Training / Power Movements that will work to quicken and strengthen Skating Stride Drills
