 Intense Small Group Private Lessons

The groups are based on similar ages and abilities; this early morning weekly skate will focus on skill drills to enhance and vastly improve your Athlete's development.


​Each Group will HAVE ONLY 3 SKATERS

This will allow for proper performance training and optimal Work to Rest Ratio.


​Make no mistake. Player lessons (coach and student) are simply not beneficial. That is why shifts are 30 to 45 seconds in duration in a game. That is the maximum output for ANY Professional Athlete, let alone a Youth player.


​A full-hour lesson is extreme, unsafe, and frankly creates more bad habits than good because the player is fatigued and no different than anyone. When you're tired, you take shortcuts, you cut corners, and you make errors, both mental and physical.

Studies by Sports Clinicians find that fatigue is detrimental to an athlete's performance. 

Fatigue affects a person's performance in various ways. People who are fatigued are more easily distracted, less able to concentrate, tend to forget things more easily, take longer to solve problems, make more mistakes, have slower reaction times, and take more risks than they might otherwise.

TRAINING AGE GROUPS

Ages 8 to 10, 11 to 13, 14 to 15, and 16+
(3 Athletes Per Group Lesson, 12 MAX Athletes at any given time)

LESSON PRICING

3 lessons for $254.00 ($84.67 per lesson)
6 lessons for $478.80 ($79.80 per lesson)
9 lessons for $630.00 ($70.00 per lesson)

(All Lessons are 1 Hour in Duration)

These Training Sessions are on a First-Come basis and will allow 12 Total Athletes to be registered at one time, all others will be automatically wait-listed until an opening becomes available.
