Are you ready to elevate your skating and hockey skills to the next level? Pro Edge is thrilled to present our Adult Power Skating and Hockey Skills Camp, designed specifically for adult players who want to enhance their game in a supportive and motivating environment.
What You Will Learn:
- Our Camp will focus on Skating with Speed both with and without the puck.
- Transitional Skating, to include separation Techniques that are taught only at NHL Camps.
- Puck Possession / Puck Control Skills.
- Body Position and Situational Awareness.
- Tight Turns / Proper acceleration deceleration
- Stops and Starts / Focusing on Footwork
- Passing and Shooting / Body Weight Transfer
